  سيستم مديريت ادارى هوشمند با ارائه امكان پرقدرت ايجاد مستندات با قالبهاى از پيش تعريف شده توسط كاربر‌ با قابليت استفاده از تمام فيلدهاى اطلاعاتى ، تحت نرم افزار Word و همچنين ارائه محيطى تبادلى و كاربر‌پسند ، انجام امور دفترى و منشيگرى را بنحو چشمگيرى سرعت مى بخشد.

سيستم مديريت ادارى هوشمند با استفاده از دو بخش عمده خود ( مديريت تماسها و دفتر انديكاتور) و همچنين با امكان انتقال اطلاعات خود با استفاده از قالبهاى از قبل تعريف شده به مستندات Word ، محيطى كارا و كاربر پسند را براى كاربران مهيا مى نمايد .


در زير سيستم مديريت تماسها با ثبت اطلاعات افراد ، شركتها ، موسسات و ... در گروه‌بنديهاى مختلف ، علاوه بر استفاده از جستجوى كامل بر روى تمام فيلدهاى اطلاعاتى و گزارشگيريهاى مختلف ميتوان از امكان پرقدرت ايجاد نامه با استفاده از قالبهاى از قبل طراحى شده Word توسط كاربر با امكان استفاده از تمام فيلدهاى اطلاعاتى نيز استفاده نمود ، براى مثال با طراحی قالب يك نامه خاص كه اسم و مشخصات شركتها در آن در نظر گرفته شده است ، ميتوان براى هر گروه دلخواه نامه‌هاى مورد نظر را ايجاد نمود .

در زير سيستم دفتر انديكاتور با استفاده از محيطى كاربر پسند علاوه بر ثبت نامه‌هاى وارده و صادره و برقرارى ارتباط بين آنها ، از جستجوى كامل بر روى فيلدهاى اطلاعاتى و حتى جستجوى متنى در نامه‌هاى صادره نيز ميتوان استفاده نمود ، از جمله ويژگيهاى برجسته اين زير سيستم توليد خودكار نامه‌هاى صادره در قالب مستندات Word بر اساس قالبهاى از قبل تعريف شده توسط كاربر و جستجوى متنى در نامه‌هاى فرستاده (صادره) شده ميباشد.

  سيستم مديريت مستندات تحت وب علاوه بر كمك به امر سامان دهى مستندات در چهارچوبهاى مشخص با سطوح دسترسى معين و با انتخاب بستر پويا و گسترده اينترنت (يا اينترانت) محدوديت زمانى و جغرافيايى اشتراك و دسترسى به مستندات را از بين مى برد.

در اين سيستم حدود دسترسى هر فرد به يك مستند كاملا از پيش تعريف شده است. كاربر عادى سيستم در محدوده مجاز به طبقه بندى مستندات خود بر روى خادم، مى تواند بر طبق قوانين خاص يك سرى پرونده ايجاد نموده و مستندات خود را از هر نوع كه باشد در داخل آنها از طريق عمليات بارگذارى موجود در سيستم سازمان دهى نمايد. بعد از اين سازمان دهى، كاربر بگونه اى كارا و در حداقل زمان ممكن مى تواند مستند مجاز خود را ذخيره، بازيابى و يا حذف نمايد.
